Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Description of Service

sensai provides a platform for building, training, and deploying AI agents. Features, functionality, and pricing may change from time to time at our discretion. We may add, modify, or remove features without notice, although we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

User Accounts

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Upload, transmit, or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ accounts, or our systems and networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by introducing malware or running excessive automated requests.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train models that compete with sensai.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all related software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by sensai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes. No other rights are granted by implication.

User Content

You retain all rights in the content you submit, upload, or generate through the Service (“User Content”). By providing User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sensai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content generated by AI features will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
